Preventative Maintenance

   * The TRANS*EAZ preventative maintenance routine provide an easy means
of tracking equipment usage, and report to you what equipment is due its
        routine maintenance and checks.

   *
Each piece of equipment is assigned a fleet id. A fleet id is a user defined
code which identifies equipment with the same preventative maintenance
      requirements.

* The primary working input for the preventative maintenance system comes
from the fuel and mileage system. As miles are computed, or odometer
readings are accumulated, the equipment records are updated.

*  Report programs can be run at any time which will list what equipment is
      due the various maintenance campaigns.

*  An oil change may be scheduled for every 5000 miles, or 60 days,
      whichever comes first.

The TRANS*EAZ maintenance scheduling system is practically a labor
free support tool for your maintenance group. You must track mileage
and fuel purchases for your tax reporting requirements anyway. Now
that effort can pay your company a bonus as well.

*  Your shop crew can always know what equipment to pull off the line,
and can know what equipment needs to be routed to a shop location.

*  Signed computerized worksheets can also provide you with some powerful
      ammunition in a warranty dispute.
