TRANS*EAZ takes care of one of the major aggravations of running a trucking company. Tracking and reporting the miles traveled and fuel purchased in each state for tax purposes.

The TRANS*EAZ system has a series of programs which can reduce both the amount of time, and the skill level required to enter the data, and produce the summary reports which are transcribed onto the required state forms. In addition, the system can supply performance data about your equipment and drivers.

KEY FEATURES

The Fuel and Mileage system has two primary sources of information. For companies which utilize the full dispatch system, the mileage information comes from the dispatch history file and the mileage file. For companies which do not wish to process all dispatches, an alternate system accepts data from the drivers trip reports or logs.

A separate fuel purchase program is also provided. This program accepts data from a fuel receipt, plus tractor id, odometer reading, and driver id. Optional information includes oil, tire, and repair expenses. The system differentiates between bulk and outside purchases. Reports are provided to directly list the fuel purchased in selected states to provide the detail support documents some states now require.

OH, NY, and MA toll road miles are maintained separately to ensure proper credit.

Support programs report average miles per gallon by tractor, or by driver. Oil consumption and road repairs are shown when entered.

TRANS*EAZ can simplify the task of filing quarterly reports to a matter of transferring some numbers from reports to the required state forms. With the supporting reports available, most state audits should be reduced to a quick check. You can save both labor dollars and audit aggravation.
