Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)

    Shippers, Consignee and Third party Bill to's (trading partners) are starting to demand
    that their carriers communicate witht he via electronic communications.  AURORA SOFTWARE
    can integrate the standard "TDCC", "ANSI", and "ISO" data sets into the normal operation of
    TRANS*EAZ.

    After reviewing several translation packages, AURORA SOFTWARE has set up a partnership
    with KLEINSCHMIDT, a third party Value Added Network (VAN) which specializes in EDI
    processing and transferring EDI files between trading partners.

    KEY Transaction Sets Include:

•     214's - Shipment Status

•     210's - Invoices

•     204's - Load Tendering

•     990's - Load Acceptance/Rejection

•     820's - Remittance Advice

•     997's - Functional Acknolwledgements

    These files are transferred back and forth between TRANS*EAZ users and KLEINSCHMIDT.  
    KLEINSCHMIDT then takes responsibility for formatting the data into whatever standard format
    your trading partner requires.  If needed, AURORA SOFTWARE can also provide custom
    communications solution.
